Our recurring service is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime by giving us 24 hours notice. We earn your business one clean at a time. Many of our longest-term clients across the GTA have been with us for years not because they’re locked in, but because we keep delivering.

Construction dust, plaster residue, paint overspray and debris are very different from regular household dirt. They require specialized cleaning techniques, additional time, and often replacement of cleaning materials. A standard clean simply doesn’t include the level of detail or time needed to properly handle post-construction conditions, and attempting one would leave your home looking poor and damage our equipment. With the volume of renovations happening across Oakville’s mature neighbourhoods, Milton’s growing communities, and the GTA more broadly, we see this often — book a Post-Renovation Clean instead. Our pricing is based on bedrooms and bathrooms because that’s the most accurate predictor of how long a clean will take. Whether you’re booking a 2-bedroom condo in Mississauga, a 3-bedroom townhouse in Milton, a 5-bedroom executive home in Oakville’s Bronte or Glen Abbey neighbourhoods, or a detached home anywhere in the GTA — underreporting your home’s size means our cleaners won’t have enough time to complete the job to the Qleane standard, which results in a rushed or incomplete clean. Please be accurate when booking so we can deliver the quality of service you deserve.

While we cover a wide range of cleaning services for Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Georgetown, Hamilton, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Toronto and the broader Halton Region and Greater Toronto Area, there are a few things we do not do: exterior windows above ground level, biohazard cleanup, hoarding situations, mold remediation, carpet steam cleaning, lifting furniture over 20 pounds, climbing higher than a 2-step ladder, cleaning bodily fluids or pet waste, and lawn or garden care. If you need any of these services we’re happy to refer you to a trusted partner within the GTA network.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment with no charge. Absolutely. The majority of our Oakville, Milton, Halton Region and Greater Toronto Area clients are not home during their cleaning. Simply provide entry instructions when you book — whether that’s a lockbox code, garage code, hidden key location, building concierge instructions for GTA condos, or someone who will let our cleaner in. We treat every home with the utmost respect and lock up carefully when we leave. You’ll receive a completion notification when we’re done.

For most jobs we send one experienced cleaner. For larger homes (4+ bedrooms), Deep Cleans, Move In/Out cleans, and Post-Renovation cleans across Oakville, Milton, Burlington and the GTA, we often send a two-person team to ensure the job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Larger executive homes in areas like Morrison, Eastlake, Glen Abbey or Milton’s Country Club neighbourhood typically benefit from the two-person team approach.

Yes, they do. We require a criminal record check on all of our applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process. Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare your Oakville, Milton, Halton or Greater Toronto Area home for you or the new family moving in.
